Instructions:
Tea decoction: Add 1 tbsp to 1 cup of water into a tea pot. Bring to a boil. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain.
Cold infusion: 1-2 tbsp to 1 cup of cold water. Steep overnight. Strain. Put in fridge to cool or pour over ice.
