Motherwort: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

This member of the mint family, known as "Mothers little helper", Aids in soothing the physical symptoms of stress. Historically used to promote longevity, strengthen the heart and support PMS. Used by midwives to help get the uterus back into shape, prevent uterine infections and ease postpartum symptoms of stress and depression.

Infuse 1-2 tsp in 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10-15 min. Strain. Frequently combined with hawthorn.
